The team at C.H.A.L.L.E.N.G.E.S. are highly regarded consultants, speakers and advisors to families in business. They have successfully help families in business all over the world in identifying their challenges and then leading them to the right solutions for their families and their family business.
Our "team" consists of a large network of professionals in the areas most needed by families in business. All of our team recommendations are with individuals and groups that have proven to us that they will place "family first." Each professional will have agreed to keep the best interest of the family as a central focus in all their recommendations. Each recommended team member has agreed to our stated philosophy and have committed to follow our code of ethics. Jim Kwaiser is a Family Business Specialist, Author, Professional speaker, a Certified Management Consultant specializing in working with Families in Business. Less that 1% of consultants are CMC. The CMC designation is ISO/IEC certified. Jim is a quoted expert consultant in Alan Weiss’s book “The Ultimate Consultant.” Jim is a recognized expert in helping people to discover ways of blending interpersonal relationships with business objectives for the ultimate success of the individual, the family in business and the company as well. Jim has over 30 years of assisting many hundreds of successful individuals, family businesses, associations and public companies through his personal consulting, comprehensive programs and straightforward facilitation. He has had a successful sales and operational background and has held positions of General Manager, Executive Vice President and President of Fortune 500 corporations, local and regional Family Businesses, including a position as a non-family President of a family-owned supermarket chain. Jim has owed his own Family Businesses in Michigan and Pennsylvania. His varied experience has enabled Jim to be recognized for his practical approach and expertise in finding the right answers to the Personal, Operational, Financial, and Legal aspects of all types of family businesses. Jim understands the "Business of Business" and is known for finding the root causes of problems quickly, with solutions that are the right “fit” for the family and the business.
Jim’s recent book “Roadmap to Success” is a mini-seminar on how to plan for personal and business success. It also provides a number of stories on how families in business overcame all types of challenges allowing them to be closer as a family and more effective as a family business.

While Ann Marie has retired from full time day-to-day
consulting, she will continue to offer her support to the
C.H.A.L.L.E.N.G.E.S. team and clients on an "as needed"
basis.
Ann Marie Kwaiser has devoted over 30 years of
her life as a registered nurse, teacher, trainer and consultant in the areas of physical and relationship health. Ann Marie has taught and practiced in Michigan, West Virginia and Pennsylvania and brings a unique understanding of personal sensitivity to each consultation or work session. She has experienced firsthand how relationship support will enhance performance as well as foster workplace satisfaction. Ann Marie is a recognized expert in the process of establishing interpersonal cooperation through the understanding of Relationships, Performance and Planning. Ann Marie has a unique gift of “coaching” both the working and non-working female members of the family business. This offers another dimension to family business counseling from a person who “lives” it every day!
Ann Marie and Jim have published many articles on a variety of family business issues. They know how to work together as they are a family business and they have been married for over 40 years.
