This program is a web-based system which has been designed and built with customer flexibility in mind. You will have real-time access to the status of each report. Once your background check order reaches completion the system auto-generates an email to you providing a link to the login page to access the report. At that time you can print or electronically save the report!

In most cases all report results will be returned in 1 to 48 hours and we have a 99% on-time performance record!  All results are audited twice before they are forwarded to you.

This HIRING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM consists of the following:

  1. First we can act as your representative and handle all correspondence and communication for you concerning the hiring of personnel. We highly recommend that a job description is available for each position offered (We can assist with this if desired). We will also work with your “temp” agencies on your behalf.
  2. If you place an ad for a position you can use our contact information so that all resumes will be forwarded to us (We can assist with the writing and placing of the ad if desired).
  3. As we receive the résumé each will be reviewed and compared to the job description. Each resume will also be reviewed to look for unusual information such as: number of jobs, length of previous employment, reasons for leaving, experience in the applied filed etc.
  4. We will prioritize the résumés that are a close ‘fit’ for the job description and position requirements and we will contact those candidates that appear to be the best “fit” by e-mail (or phone if necessary) to have them begin the selection process
  5. We will introduce ourselves to the candidate as your representative in this “hiring process” and will state that your company would like to get more information on the candidate. The e-mail will request that the candidate complete a ‘pre-hire’ on-line assessment (Step One II Assessment - up to 10 at no charge for each position) that measures an individual’s attitude toward Integrity, Substance Abuse, Reliability and Work Ethic. The applicant will also be sent a copy of the job description, company Mission Statement (if available) and will be asked to supply references, along with the completed assessment all within a specific timetable. This all becomes part of the hiring process. The pre-hire assessment is EEOC, ADA compliant and it allowable for use as a pre-hiring tool.
  6. Those who meet the appropriate requirements on completing the assessment and returning the requested information on or before the designated timetable will be scheduled for a telephone interview conducted by us. This telephone interview will cover specific questions about the candidate’s work experiences, information from their resume, other appropriate interview questions as well as follow-up questions that will be generated from the information gathered from the assessment. Those who do not make it to this step will be sent an e-mail thanking them for their interest, explaining that at this time it appears that they are not a fit for the position and wishing them well in their job search.
  7. Those who have made it successfully through stage 6 will be asked to take another assessment that will better describe the individual behavior, personality and working characteristics. These assessments will be “benchmarked” for the identified position. A recommendation will be given to you as to which assessment will be the best “fit” for this particular position at this stage of the process. Up to 5 of these assessments are included in the fee. This will be at the option of the client company and can include “benchmarking” the person to just about any position available!
  8. Those candidates who make it to this point will be considered the top prospects for the position and forwarded, along with all assessments, suggested interview questions as well as our notes and thoughts about the candidate, to the appropriate person at your company for scheduling the face to face interview with you and your company’s appropriate people. We will be available to discuss our thoughts and feelings with you or your representative concerning the candidates before you schedule the face to face interview.
  9. After you have made your hiring selection let us know and we will notify those candidates whom you interviewed but who were not chosen that they did not appear to be the best ‘fit’ for your company. All documentation of the interviews, assessments etc. will be forwarded to you for your use.
  10. Background checks including drug testing can also be provided fee. 
Our program fee (compare this to a headhunter!) is $500.00 for each position (up to 5 interviews per position) including the steps identified above.

Assistance with a job description writing of ad, placing of ad, additional assessments and background checks including drug testing (SEE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION), if chosen may incur additional costs that will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
