Our HIRING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM saves you time and gives you the time to get your job done.

We will:
*Review each resume and fit candidates to the needs of the position.
*Search for unusual information in the candidates resume.
*Schedule assessments and keep track of each.
*Complete telephone interviews and record all contacts and impressions.
*Sift through the candidates, narrow it down to the best two or three, and notify the candidates.
*And More!

Background checks including drug testing, can also be provided at an additional fee (see below).

Our program fee (compare this to a headhunter!) is $350.00 for each position (limit 10 assessed candidates for each position) included in the hiring process (payable upon acceptance of the assistance) and includes the steps listed above. Assistance with a job description, writing an ad, placing an ad, and additional assessments or background checks, including drug testing (see the information below), will incur additional costs to be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

This Hiring Assistance Program is designed to SAVE you TIME, MONEY and FRUSTRATION while taking the drudgery out of the hiring process. It will also “raise the bar” in hiring, putting the right people in the right position.

Profiles International

Profiles International, Inc. has partnered with ISP to provide an effective source of information about your job candidates' background, assuring that their credentials are accurately represented in their resumes and other documentation. Click on the underlined text for a direct link to Profiles International.

This program is a web-based system which has been designed and built with customer flexibility in mind. You will have real-time access to the status of each report. Once your background check order reaches completion, the system auto-generates an email to you providing a link to the login page to access the report. At that time, you can print or electronically save the report!

*Third party fees associated with verifications are passed through to our clients at cost. This is based on state fees.
*Pricing is dependent on the parameters of the physical call for pricing.
*Pricing dependent on search levels with Level 3 being the most comprehensive includes OIG/GSA & other Federal sources plus 50 states and over 700 source agencies.
*Mandatory court fees (imposed by the courts) related to county-level criminal history searches do exist in a few locations around the country. Most of these fees are $5.00 with the most notable exception being the OCA in New York which forces a $52 court fee.
*These fees are passed on to our clients. An exhaustive list of these pass-through court fees is available upon request.
