... We met Jim and Ann Marie Kwaiser and decided to hire them to help with several of our problems/issues at our business. We came to realize that if we made some internal changes, we could actually start spending more time away from the business while still owning it, which also leaves open our option of our children coming to work here after college. We addressed situations pertaining to the family members that work for us and how that effect future decisions. The Kwaisers worked with our office staff and created a management team to address daily issues of running the business, they helped to create this team so Jeff and i could comfortably be away from the business, Some job responsibilities changed and we actually needed to hire one more person. The team now meets weekly and is learning the way we want the business to be run in our absence. Communication has increased and created a better working atmosphere...
