What is available with Profiles International?

PROFILE ASSESSMENT/SURVEYS:

I. STEP ONE SURVEY ( 15 minutes): Measures a person’s attitude towards: Honesty, integrity, substance abuse, reliability and work ethic. A MUST FOR ALL NEW HIRES.

II. PROFILES PERFORMANCE INDICATOR (15 minutes):
Measures behavioral tendencies in critical job related competencies including: productivity, quality of work, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, motivational tendencies and personal response to stress, frustrations and conflict.

III. THE PROFILE XT (80 minutes): Views the total person in the areas of: thinking and reasoning, occupational interest, and expanded behavior traits.

IV. CHECKPOINT – 360 FEEDBACK SYSTEM: (30 minutes) -Measures eight skill clusters and 18 universal competencies including: communication, leadership, adaptability, relationships, task management, production, development of others, and personal development.

V. SALES INDICATOR (20 minutes) Identifies sales aptitude traits that are desirable for a selling position. Measures competitiveness, persistence, self-reliance, energy and sales drive. Predicts: behaviors in prospecting, closing sales, call reluctance, self starting, teamwork, building and maintaining relationships and compensation preference.

VI. CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSPECTIVE (20 minutes): measures customer service knowledge and the attributes necessary to give exceptional customer service. Find the employees that will be great with your customers!

PREVUE ASSESSMENTS:

Report Types: (Assessments will take from 20 minutes to one hour to complete depending upon the type of assessment desired)

Selection – Measures the job fit and the candidate for a particular position by comparing results to an activated position “benchmark.”

Personal Development – Provides a manager, coach or trainer with valuable information about the type of training that could improve this person’s performance.

Succession Planning – This assessment matches employees to positions within an organization.  It will also rank the positions that would be the most suitable for a particular employee. 

Working Characteristics – Lists the likes of the persons surveyed in the areas of: preference of salary vs. commission, priority of work vs. personal life, propensity to take risks, preference for change and optimistic vs. cautious behaviors toward opportunities.

Corporate Coach – Provides relevant information about the person’s interests and personality traits.  This report incorporates the “Working Characteristics” as well as the “Personality Interest” of the person who takes the survey. This is our most popular Prevue Assessment.

PREVISOR/QUIZ TESTING:
