CEO Advisor/Coach In this role we advise, teach and coach the family business CEO/President/Leader in all aspects of relational and operational responsibilities. With our extensive practical business experience this role has proven extremely beneficial for our families in business.

Next Generation Advisor/Coach We first identify the strengths/challenges each next generation family member has concerning future company leadership roles. We work one on one with each family member, mapping out individual developmental plans, instituting action steps and following up on those plans and steps to enable each to reach their true potential. This leaves the “choice’ to the individual next generation member concerning their desire to meet the commitments necessary for the successful leadership continuation of the family business.
Spouse and Extended Family Advisor of those that do or will have a vested interest in the company As an advisor to the family we schedule the opportunity to keep non-working spouses and other non-working family members informed of the business policy and plans as well as involvement in the family code of conduct. While they do not have a voice in the decision making process updates of the business should be communicated to them.
Webinars and e-training We will make a variety of learning tools and systems available to those family in business members that want to increase their knowledge of certain leadership competencies.
Overall Advisor The success of most families in business depends upon how well the family members get along with one another. They share the challenges of emotion surrounding the various family members including the inter-family relationships. The rules and roles concerning the business also becomes an emotional issue for many family members. We assist by offering straightforward, practical, advice saying what needs to be said even if it is difficult for family members to accept.We care for our families in business, for their interpersonal relationships as well as for the success of their business. In our opinion, a good family advisor cannot do it any other way. With over 35 years of proven experience, maybe we are right.
