About Jim

Jim Kwaiser is a professional speaker, a Certified Management Consultant and a business coach.  Jim is a quoted expert consultant in Alan Weiss’s book, “The Ultimate Consultant.” He has been recognized for helping people discover ways of blending interpersonal relationships with business objectives resulting in the ultimate success of the individual, the family in business and the company.  Jim has over 30 years of experience assisting hundreds of successful individuals, family businesses, associations and public companies through his personal consulting, comprehensive programs and straightforward facilitation. He has held positions of General Manager, Executive Vice President and President of Fortune 500 corporations, local and regional Family Businesses and has held the position of a non-family President of a family-owned supermarket chain. Jim has owned his own Family Businesses in both Michigan and Pennsylvania. His varied experience has enabled him to be recognized for his practical approach to the operational, financial, organizational, planning and strategic execution aspects of all types of business. Jim understands the "Business of Business" and is known for finding the root causes of problems quickly, with solutions that “fit” the family and the business.

About Ann Marie

Ann Marie Kwaiser has devoted over 30 years of her life as a registered nurse, teacher, trainer and consultant in the areas of physical and relationship health. Ann Marie has taught and practiced in Michigan, West Virginia and Pennsylvania and brings a unique understanding of personal sensitivity to each consultation or work session. She has experienced first hand how relationship support enhances performance as well as fosters workplace satisfaction. Ann Marie is a recognized expert in the process of establishing interpersonal cooperation through her understanding of Relationships, Performance and Planning.  Ann Marie has a unique gift of “coaching” both working and non-working female members of the family business.  This offers another dimension to family business; counseling from a person who lives it everyday!
